چکیده
The current literature lacks data on the incidence of intraoperative awakening during xenon anesthesia. This could be due to amnesia preventing memories awakening. objective: determine concentration in xenon-oxygen mixture, which causes for events inhalation 100% patients, and make correlations with depth hypnosis as per Kugler scale. Subjects Methods: 34 patients chronic neurogenic pain who received 111 20-minute inhalations up 50% were included study. Amnesia evaluation, EEG monitoring, assessment a visual analog scale (VAS) performed. Results. Amnesic effect developed at 45%. On concentrations 50%, changes did not exceed D1 grade decrease bispectral index (BIS) reach level deep sedation (Me 96.2%) 50%. VAS was approximately 60%. Conclusions. Xenon cause transient congradic 45% or more. accuracy BIS monitoring readings may reduced when using monovariant. Inhalations mixture showed good analgesic properties framework combined therapy syndrome.
